Equipment Exchange
Through the Equipment Exchange, Geoceanic Energies Limited introduces and arranges hire or purchase of equipment and vessels owned by third parties, and places qualified personnel who have registered with us as individuals. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we act as an intermediary and the owner or supplier remains responsible for the condition, certification and title of what it supplies. Listings and availability on this website are not offers. Introductions are made by us for the purpose of the engagement requested. Clients, owners and personnel agree not to bypass Geoceanic Energies Limited by contracting directly with a party introduced through us, for that engagement or a continuation or repeat of it, for twelve months after the introduction, unless we agree in writing.
Independence
Where we are engaged as project manager or representative and we, or a party we introduce, also supply equipment, vessels, personnel or services on the same project, we will disclose that interest in writing before accepting the role, and we will not evaluate or verify our own work.
Intellectual property
The content, design, name and logo on this site belong to Geoceanic Energies Limited. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
