Survey first, done properly.
Survey, data and reporting at the core, with subsea support, project control and equipment around them, under one accountable team.
Offshore decisions are only as good as the data beneath them. We make that data accurate, defensible and usable.
Purpose
To make offshore work across Africa safer, more precise and easier to resource.
Vision
To be the first call for marine survey, subsea support and offshore equipment across Nigeria and Africa.
Mission
To give operators and contractors accurate seabed and subsea information, and the equipment, vessels and people to act on it, delivered safely, on schedule and under one point of accountability.
What we stand for.
Accuracy
Every figure we deliver states its method, its accuracy and the checks behind it.
Safety
A risk assessment before every mobilisation, and stop-work authority for every person on the job.
Accountability
One named lead and one point of contact from brief to deliverable.
Integrity
We win work on merit and say plainly what we can and cannot deliver.
Global standard
IHO, IMCA and ISO-aligned practice on every job, planned around each host country's regulator.
Our commitments.
No job is worth an injury.
We assess risk before every mobilisation and give every person on the job the authority to stop work. We field personnel whose competence, certification and medical fitness we have checked, keep calibration and verification records for every instrument, and apply multi-stage QA/QC to every deliverable. We investigate incidents and near misses, and share what we learn. Our full QHSE policy is available on request.
We win work on merit.
We do not offer, pay or accept bribes or improper benefits. We declare conflicts of interest in writing. Where we supply equipment, vessels, personnel or survey work on a project, we say so before we act as your representative or evaluate bids, and we do not verify our own work. We report honestly on our work and our limits, and expect the same of every partner and supplier on our Exchange.
Good neighbours, wherever we work.
Wherever we work we employ, train and buy locally where we can, support our clients' local-content plans, and treat host communities as partners in the work, not bystanders to it.
Leave the sea as we found it.
We plan every operation to avoid harm to marine life and habitats: preventing pollution, minimising waste, following permit conditions and applying environmental controls on vessels and equipment.
Your data stays yours.
We hold client data in confidence, transfer it securely, keep it only as long as the contract requires, and never use one client's data for another.
